The Tungsten mix in our Aligner Sticks is a little heavier and harder than other companies products, to prevent the aligner sliding around. With our Aligner Sticks, every hook with a straight or inward facing point, has perfect hooking abilities.

One note of advice for choosing the right size:
In general, hooks tied to a mono leader need a bigger aligner, due to the increased diameter.

Small: size 6 and 8 hook for all materials (e.g. SFC or Implex)
Medium: size 4 with braided materials (e.g. Implex), Size 6 with mono/fluorocarbon.
Large: Size 2 with braided materials (e.g. Implex), Size 4 with mono/fluorocarbon.
X-tra large: size 2 and 4 with mono/fluorocarbon
